Swimming
1.9Km
The swimming start is south of Domaine des Îles, and the course joins the east side of the lake along both shores.
Cycling
90km 1500m+D
The cycling route consists of a 90km loop that passes through the vineyards of the Sédun region and heads towards the Upper Valais, before returning to the Islands via the right bank of the Rhône, between vineyards and orchards. This loop, with a positive altitude difference of 1500m, includes two main climbs towards Lens and the picturesque village of Bratsch, offering a major challenge to Half (middle distance) participants.

The running route consists of four loops of 5.275km, offering a pleasant out-and-back along the banks and right bank of the Rhône.

StartPass compulsory for non-holders of a Swiss Triathlon license: CHF 42.50 for individuals only.
Number withdrawal :
- Friday, August 15: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (recommended)
- Saturday August 17: 05:30 to 06:15 (late pickup)
Saturday bike park schedule :
- Check-in (bike and personal belongings drop-off) from 05:30 to 06:30
- Check-out possible until 4 pm
Refreshments:
- 3 on the bike
- 7 on running
Relay:
The Half Distance is open to teams wishing to take part in a relay. Two or three teammates for three events: to each his or her own speciality(ies)!
Podiums and prize-giving ceremonies :
Prizes will be awarded only to the first 3 women and the first 3 men in all categories(scratch). In addition, the first 3 women's relay teams and the first 3 men's/mixed relay teams will also receive a prize.
The top 3 women and top 3 men in each age category will be eligible for the podium.
