Swimming

1.5 km

The race starts south of Domaine des Îles. Athletes run along the shore before returning to the race village on a 1.5 km loop.

Cycling

40 km, 362 m elevation gain

A 40 km route on a rolling and varied loop: along the banks of the Rhône, through the village of Saillon... A condensed version of Valais, combining speed and the pleasure of cycling.

10 km, 20 m elevation gain
Two 5-km loops, offering a pleasant round trip along the right bank of the Rhône.

  • There are no refreshment stations planned along the bike course


Running 

  • There are two aid stations per 5-km loop, at the 2-km and 5-km marks. In case of extreme heat, an additional water station will be added at the 3.8-km mark.

 

Relay

The Olympic Distance is open to teams wishing to participate in relays.
With two or three teammates for three disciplines: each person has their own specialty or specialties!


Podiums and awards ceremony

Sunday, August 16, at 1:30 p.m.:

  • A prize will be awarded to the top three women and top three men in the overall ranking (scratch).
  • The top three women's relay teams and the top three men's/mixed relay teams will also receive awards.
  • The top three women and top three men in each age group will be awarded podium places.

1.5km

The swimming start is south of Domaine des Îles, and the course runs along the shoreline to the east of the lake. 

40km 30mD+ (over 30m)

The cycling route consists of two entirely flat 20km loops, first on the left bank, then on the right bank of the Rhône.

10km 20mD+ climb

The running route consists of two 5km loops offering a pleasant out-and-back along the banks and then the right bank alongside the Rhône.
