Recognition
In collaboration with the Triathlon Club Valais, we are pleased to offer two days of reconnaissance on the Valais Triathlon Festival courses.
Saturday, June 13, 2026 — Olympic Course
Saturday, July 11, 2026 — Full & Half Course
Club members will accompany participants to ensure they complete the courses in ideal conditions, providing advice and guidance.
Please note: There will be no refreshments available along the route.
Drinks will be provided at the finish line, along with a souvenir gift.
June 14 program
From 09:00: Meeting point at Domaine des Îles in Sion, on the climbing wall side (see map)
10:00: Departure
- 500 m swim
- 40 km of cycling
- 5-10 km run
You can do 1, 2 or all 3 disciplines, in a spirit of sharing and discovery.
Adaptable distances, no stopwatch, just fun!
After the race, a "Canadian-style" picnic will be held (with each participant contributing to the picnic).

10:00 am: Start of the bike race - 90 km, 1'500m D+ (altitude gain)

Safety :
Training takes place on open roads. There is no ranking. Absolute respect for the highway code is essential.
In case of bad weather :
In the event of bad weather, the cancellation of the event will be announced on the Valais Triathlon Festival website, on the Triathlon Club Valais website and on social networks.
Responsibility :
By registering, the participant declares that he/she is participating under his/her own responsibility in this reconnaissance, which is considered as training. He/she certifies that he/she is aware of the dangers inherent in each of the disciplines (swimming, cycling and running). Under no circumstances can the Triathlon Club Valais or the Valais Triathlon Festival be held responsible for accidents or disputes of any kind, and the participant confirms that he/she has taken out the appropriate accident insurance (accident insurance, private liability insurance, etc.).
