MAXIFLEX AND ULTRAFLEX OPTIONS
THE MAXIFLEX
Valid for : Kids, Discovery triathlon, Sunset Sprint Team, La traversée and Swimruns
The MAXI FLEX option guarantees flexibility in the choice of distance when registering. With this option, participants can, free of charge and with no justification, from the date of registration until August 07, 23:59 local time:
- Postpone registration to 2026
- Changing the bib number holder
- Change route, adding any difference with the new route chosen if the fare is higher. There is no refund if the new route has a lower fare.
ULTRAFLEX
Valid for formats formats: Half Triathlon, Olympic Triathlon, Short Triathlon
For CHF 19.00, the UltraFlex option offers maximum flexibility in the choice of distance at the time of registration. With this option, participants can, free of charge and with no need to provide proof, from the date of registration until August 07, 23:59 local time:
- Changing the bib number holder
- Change route, adding any difference with the new route chosen if the fare is higher. There is no refund if the new route has a lower fare.
- Postpone registration to 2026 (until Wednesday, August 13)
EXCLUDING OPTIONS
Valid on all formats.
Excluding the MAXI FLEX and ULTRA FLEX options, to offer maximum flexibility, it is also possible until July 16, 2025 to :
- Postpone registration to 2026 on presentation of a medical certificate for CHF 35.00
- Change the bib number holder for CHF 15.00
- Change route for CHF 15.00 plus any difference with the new route chosen if the fare is higher. There is no refund if the new route has a lower fare.
After this date, without the MAXI FLEX option, no further changes will be possible.
Requests made after the deadline will not be processed. In all cases, registration fees are non-refundable.
All registrations considered valid for the following year are strictly personal and may not be transferred to a third party. If the person is unable to participate a second time, the registration fee will be forfeited.
