This race is run by teams of three people who, like a roped party, cover all three disciplines together.
Saturday bike park schedule :
- Bike and personal belongings drop-off from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- Check-out possible from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The bike park closes at 8.30pm
Podiums and Awards ceremonies :
Prizes will be awarded only to thefirst 3 women's scratch relay teams and the first 3 men's/mixed scratch relay teams. They will have access to the official awards ceremony and to the podium which will take place shortly after their race.

The swim starts east of Domaine des Îles and returns via a 250m loop.

The cycling course consists of two entirely flat 5km loops that wind their way around the nearby islands.

The running route consists of a 2.5km loop along the banks and right bank of the Rhône.
