Swimming
3.8 km
The race starts south of the Domaine des Îles. Athletes run along both banks before returning to the race village.
The course consists of two 1.9-km loops.
Cycling
180 km 800 m elevation gain
A 180 km route in two 90 km loops, crossing spectacular vineyards and offering a smooth, rolling course with remarkable views of the Valais region.

42.2 km 30 m elevation gain
The marathon consists of six 7-km loops—pleasant and accessible—along the right bank of the Rhône.

Relay
The Full Distance is open to teams wishing to participate in relays.
With two or three teammates for three disciplines: each person has their own specialty or specialties!
Podiums and awards ceremony
Saturday, August 15, at 8:30 p.m.:
- A prize will be awarded to the top three women and top three men in the overall ranking (scratch).
- The top three women's relay teams and the top three men's/mixed relay teams will also receive awards.
- The top three women and top three men in each age group will be awarded podium places.
The schedule for the awards ceremony will be announced at a later date.
Paralympic athletes
Paralympic athletes use the same running course as other participants.
They must therefore ensure that the course is suitable for their equipment.
